Thanks for letting CaffeeBox fill your morning cup! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact our coffee curator directly through email at email@example.com
Items eligible for return includes any brewing equipment sold by CaffeeBox.
Any coffee beans sent out and received by customer, is strictly non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
Other items not eligible for return include CaffeeBox bundle boxes, CaffeeBox gift boxes, CaffeeBox subscription boxes, any CaffeeBox products purchased through a third party, any product received as a “trial” or promotional item, and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For CaffeeBox products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller’s return policy.
For items eligible for return, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 7 day return window is from the date your item was received to the date you mail back to CaffeeBox. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To mail back to CaffeeBox, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with our company address.
You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs of returning your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
