Stella is meant to be comforting and enjoyable, hence a classic blend of Brazil and Ethiopia coffee was curated. Brazil Fazenda Dutra Jatoba and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Misty Valley are both natural processed coffees. With this combination, it brings out dominant floral notes, citrus acidity and berry-like flavours. It is well balanced, especially delightful with milk as it highlights milk chocolates and strawberries flavours and finishes with delicate almond nuts.
