Parchmen blend consists of 2 fully washed beans, with Guatemala at around 2,000 m elevation and Yunnan around 1,200 to 1,500 m.
Guatemala is characteristically cacao and allows higher roast, with a bolder profile for the usual strong cup.
Yunnan, on the other hand, is at a lower elevation with a variety known for berry sweetness, nutty aroma and some earthy notes accentuated by its lower elevation.
Overall Parchmen blend is the usual bold cup of strong coffee, with low acidity and medium sweetness and body. It will suit a more traditional black coffee drinker seeking a bold and straight forward flavour.
