How does the Shiok Shiok subscription work?

For our Shiok Shiok Box, it is a subscription box whereby you choose the bean varieties you like from our monthly list. If you are new to coffee, you can take our coffee personality quiz to receive some recommendations. Otherwise, you may choose to go straight into our pricing plans.  

How does the Tikam Tikam subscription work?

For our Tikam Tikam Box, it is a mystery subscription box whereby we curate the coffee beans for you. You will need to select your pricing plan and you are good to go! 

For subscription boxes (Shiok Shiok Box / Tikam Tikam Box), why is my coffee being packed into serving size of 20 grams?

We want the process of brewing coffee to be even more convenient for you. With coffee beans pre-packed, you can skip the hassle of weighing your beans and jump straight into action. At the same time, we are allowing you to try a variety of beans too!

How does the subscription cycle work?

Our subscriptions are on a monthly basis. We will be collating new subscription orders every week.

Why are the subscription boxes not sent out right after payment?

This is to align with all our partners roasting schedule and ensure that you receive the freshest roast. Please refer to the stipulated shipment date before ordering. 

Can I have a subscription for items under the Shop tab?

Yes you can! Simply select the frequency in which you want your beans to be delivered. If you would like to stop your subscription or change the coffee bean variety, kindly fill in our contact form.

When can I receive my purchased products?

For our subscription boxes (Shiok Shiok / Tikam Tikam) under the Subscribe tab:

After a successful payment, subscription boxes will be mailed out within 1 – 3 working days from the stipulated shipment date.

For all items under the Shop tab:

After a successful payment, product(s) will be mailed out within 2 – 5 working days. 

Do note that all deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances so we seek your understanding. 

Can I postpone or freeze my subscription?

Kindly fill in our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address, please go to My Account > Account Info.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders above $40! For orders less than $40, there will be varied shipping rates according to the shipping frequencies. Please refer to the shipping rates before making payment.

Can I gift a subscription box?

Yes! Do drop us a note at check-out so we can make a special arrangement for you. We are looking into automating the gifting procedure so do stay tune!
